Pear tree infestation/disease

HI. I have moved into a house which has a pear tree in the garden. I have noticed a lot of leaves are contaminated. Can anyone shed any light as to what this is and any possible treatments for it? Thank you in advance

PROBABLY APPLE SCAB, WHICH ALSO AFFECTS PEARS.
If you live in Derbyshire, as I do.
