Another plant ID please
HI All I wonder if anyone might be able to ID this plant arrived as a freeby possibly from birds. At the moment it only has leaves,no sign of any flower stems. It is growing between a container and a paving slab next to a pond.
At first I thought it was a foxglove but leaves have wrong texture and now growing wrong shape. The larger leaves are 10" X 5". The plant is approximately 18"- 20" across Thank you for taking a look.

It might be a verbascum. Not the common one (Mullein) - there are lots of other varieties grown in gardens these days which don't have furry leaves and the seeds are so fine they get blown a long way in the wind.
