Useful link Ladybird - looks straightforward. I want to take rose cuttings but I am unsure if I can as I know that the rose in question is on grafted rootstock. Will the roses grown from cuttings be inferior to the grafted parent plant?
They will obviously be the same rose and won't be inferior in terms of their make up but most are grafted as they are weak growers and their roots may not sustain them as well as the wild rose root stock which is usually what is used in grafting and in constitution they will be inferior. Its always worth an experiment though
