What are these 2 snails & insect in my garden?

Hi all, I have found these 2 colourful snails and small fly/wasp like inset on my plants can you identify them as I have not seen these prevously.  Thank you once again for your help.

    The two snails are Banded snails - so called because of their shell markings. How big is the insect as it is difficult to tell the scale from the picture?

    That's the one I was trying to describe a couple of  weeks agoimage

    Will watch for id.

    If it's the same as mine it's about housefly size

    HI there. Just seen this creature on another post and thanks to Sheps it has been identified as an argid sawfly. Sorry but I don't know how to link/refer to a post.

    I think the common name is a Rose Sawfly.
