Hi Lisa,
It's Salvia x jamensis 'Hot Lips', a fairly hardy perennial plant. Really unusual flowers, aren't they! I believe sometimes they are all pink, or all white, depending on the temperature. The leaves smell of blackcurrants, too.

Mine has some blood red flowers (definitely not pink or peachy), some white, and some mixed. It is supposed to be determined by temperature, but I don't see how that explains my mixed colours.

Well it looks like salvia hot lips but I've never seen one that big!

Mine is a peachy colour but I guess you could call it pink?
