I think my Lemon Tree is sick or infested :(

I have several indoor lemon trees.  Today I noticed that a couple of them have black spots on them.  They don't look like bugs, but I don't know what they are.  They are on the fruit as well.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

    It could be scale insect, a sign of it is black sooty looking stuff on leaves, which you have. Look for any silver or brown lumps on the plant, they'd be the insects. 

    I had this a few months ago, washing each individual leaf and the stems with soapy water got rid of it. I'd suggest checking/cleaning your other plants too.
