What type of Penstemon is this?

Hi all, 

I was wondering if anyone knew the name of this Penstemon? I'm blown away by it's beauty and would like to get my hands on some. The blue/pink/lilac flowering variety.

    Looks like Electric Blue to me, lovely colour .

    Or maybe Heavenly Blue, I have this one it's quite a shrubby penstemon .

    Looks much more like the Electric Blue with the 'pinky' hue colour change along the flower, or possibly Bluebird.
