Fern ID please

GuybrushGuybrush Posts: 172

Hi,

I've just come across a load of fly tipped plants down an alleyway. I rescued a couple of primulas and a heebie. There was also this potted fern. Can anyone ID it for me. If it's just a bracken fern, I'd better get rid of it but if it's something else, I'm sure I could find a home for it. The leaves are about 8-10 inches long.

Cheers

James

  • Looks like a fern.  bracken fronds unfurl at top of tall stem. Put into a pot and see what happens! Semi shade would be best and don't let it dry out completely.

Ah that's good thank you :-) I'll pop him in somewhere then. Quite a successful forage then all in all.
