Can anyone tell me which clematis this is?

There are many clematis that look alike so it is difficult to name a cultivar unless you are a clematis specialist. It looks like the following: C. lasurstern but I cannot be 100% sure. I thought at first of C.The President but the anthers of that clematis are dark and they are light in your clematis. whichever one it is its lovely.
