I'm sure there's a thread somewhere about this (someone will advise if there is). There is definitely one called 'the good guys' which details companies who provide good service,
Not sure if the former thread was created by Verdun too...speaking of which, has anyone seen the big V recently? Forum's a bit quiet?
Verdun's taking some time out.
Usually people are going mad about Thompson and morgan but my episode was with Parker's. Never ever again! 83 quids worth of mush!
where is verdun , soooo missing him
. was wondering if gone on holidays ....
Verd's taking a break just now.
The thread is called The Good Guys. I'm afraid very few people have had success with plants supplied by Parker's or T&M. Fine for seeds and bulbs but not plants.
Best to contact them and include photos Stephen. Request a refund. Keep at them
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
just ordered some plants from van meurem from the gardeners world magazine offer, hopefully their name doesn't crop up here
Tell that to PARKERS! First time I called I was speaking to a very nice lady but second time I got a jumped up little oick! He tried to tell me that the courier (B****Y Hermes) had left them in my porch and clearly I hadn't looked there. Is that so? Well neither of my properties has a porch so now what do you say? They couldn't even get the replacements right. More mush delivered even further and wider round the country!! OOOhhh I'm still ragin'!
Hey pp - maybe they built the porch while they were there.....

Ah but where were they? 1 part of the delivery came by "very nice young man on bicycle" whose mum had found it in her coal shed (2 1/2 miles away) about two months later. You've no idea..!!!
