Help identify a plant

Can anyone help identify this large green bush. Its 10 foot in height by 10 foot in width.Thank you.

    It looks like Beech to me too. You can either trim it to keep it small or hedge like, or let it grow into a huge tree. If you trim in late July or August, it keeps its leaves over winter, and drops them in Spring rather than Autumn.
