First, as stated in her post earlier I’m in contact with pansyface directly about the events of the last few days, so that conversation is continuing.
Second, I’m extremely sorry for the alarm caused both to pansyface and to everybody else on the forum who feels that we’ve been unduly harsh. There was never any intention to implement a ‘ban’, simply a temporary ‘cool off’ period, while we attempted to resolve matters directly.
We always deal with people directly about site moderation issues, rather than on the forum (which is entirely routine practice). On this occasion, we went about it in entirely the wrong way and we should have posted something sooner.
I’m not going to go into any more detail here - that is something I’ll address directly with pansyface. I would like to add, though, that we absolutely are committed to improving the accessibility, as documented in my earlier update posts. More on that score shortly.
I'm sure Pansyface didn't make comments about teenage girl's thighs, us older ones as mutton dressed as lamb and targeted new female members and kept asking for pm's from them and sending people offensive pm's.
I'll save the mods the trouble and ban myself for 48 hrs. p.s it has taken me 8 mins to post this running windows 10 with a speed of 17.24
My view is that the issue of accessibility now has to be the priority. I know some of us would like some tweaking of the layout etc (myself included) but at least most of us can use the site.
It would be interesting to know if all those with eye sight issues (not just Pansy) can read all the posts which have been written in bold.
If they can - surely that could be the default font / typeface for the forum?
If everybody is using the bold format it doesn't look like anybody is shouting - it's just nice and clear for every one - and I would have thought that was a quick and easy fix to make.
The issue of not being able to see particular colours on other colours might be more individual and more difficult to resolve. I would have expected there to be some industry guidelines - I assume these have been followed?
Lets hope something moves quickly on this.

Just logged back on. Glad you are back pansyface
A shame that GW have not responded. I thought they would be anxious to show their interest in making the forum accessible to all.
