Mouldy sedum

To start with I thought it was limescale from watering. Clearly it's not. Is it a fungicide I need? If so, what kind? Can it harm other plants? Can it be used on other plants (I have a euphorbia that looks like it might have a touch of the same thing)? Have never had anything like this before!
Most importantly - will it be okay?

i'd use copper compound on it the sooner the better
Could it be powdery mildew?
I don't know. I'm clueless about diseases and treatments, it seems. I don't even know if there are eco-friendly alternatives, or indeed whether fungicides are eco-friendly (I'm guessing not).
Shamelessly bumping this because I really do need advice. I googled copper compound but got mainly stuff about chemistry, with the odd bit of general garden stuff thrown in. I know I cold probably find better info if I search more carefully but what better info than tips and experience from actual gardeners? Is the aforementioned copper compound the only or best option?
The euphorbia's not looking too happy either. What did I do wrong?
Help.
Most fungicides containing copper have been banned but have a look at the fungicides you can find in the garden centre which mention mildew, especially if they specifically say powdery mildew.

Thank you. I didn't know if I needed to look for something specific according to what kind of lurgy it had, so felt a bit stuck. I will try to get something tomorrow.
