Dahlia tuber failure

I purchased 4 sets of 3 dahlia tubers from an online company for £7/set of 3.   11 grew nicely but one didn't do anything.  Should I bother to let the company know or just let it go?  It's too late to start off another one, I would think.

    Hi Watery. I think I would still let the company know. If you had just bought the one set with three dahlias and one didn't grow it would have been far more irritating.

    Thanks.  I don't want to be one of those people who complain over everything but yes..if I had just bought one set I definitely would have complained.
