Very Small Yellow Flower

I have a mystery plant that has a very small yellow flower and I've failed to find out what it is googling it.

Can anybody help me find out what it is?

Each flower measures no more than 9mm in diameter and as little as 6mm.

They look like a sort of celandine to me - what do other gardeners think? They usually grow with daisies & also under trees but like sunshine too.

I think this may be Saxifraga cymbalaria.

  • Thank you Fif2 you've got it.

Having now googled it I find it's considered a weed and can be a nuisance for nurseries and garden centres.

For now it's welcome in my garden as it attracts much insect life and looks very nice amongst the daisy's too.

It has the thumbs up from me.

    Thank you.
