Relocation of plant

Hello everyone,

Last year I planted a very small Cineraria Silver Leaf in a border and it has outgrown its space considerably. I want to move it either to another border or to a pot (suggestions welcome). I would really appreciate any advice on how to move it and where the best place for it is.
