Unknown flower

Hi there,

I'm hoping someone out there can help me with this; I have recently noticed this little flower growing at the base of my cherry tree.  I thought it may be an orchid but cannot seem to find anything that matches.  I would really appreciate a bit of help as it's really got me stumped

It's beautiful. Is it some kind of wild orchid?

    In London. Keen but lazy.

I would guess at some sort of toadflax.....it looks like a mini snapdragonimage

That's what I thought but the flower shape isn't like any of the wild orchids I've seen, I think the word flummoxed comes to mind...
