It actually looks like fuchsia rust. You can spray but opinion is divided on its effectiveness. Id be cautious and pick off the affected leaves, keep it well fed and watered .
All my fuschia plants were badly affected with rust last year except for the large tough old bushes. There is plenty of info on the net.. But it says it usually appears later in the year. Possible early stages of fuschia gall mite. Also pinkish tints on leaves can be caused by phospate deficiency.
shouldnt be in ericaceous compost, but you'll know it it's rust, look on the underside and they will have bright orange dust on them.
Looks like they've been a bit cold to me. You can see how only the newer bright green leaves are affected, the dark tough ones are ok, cut the bad ones of and repot in multi purpose, I think they will be ok. Just check undersides for rust first,
even if it is, all is not lost, repot, strip all the leaves off chop back and they should shoot out fine, I have rust some years, still got the same old fuchsias.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
Sorry to disagree just a little bit Verdun, but I wouldn't go cutting those back hard if it isn't rust, check first, you can't mistake it, it looks like someone's dusted it with mustard power but more orangey.
just pick of the mankey leaves.

No rust. No orange dust. the underside of the leaves looks largely unaffected... I will re-pot and check its the right bag of compost i use this time!! thanks.

Ah, just realised, the 1st pic, the worse affected one, is in eracacious soil. Is that possibly causing the problem?
