Plant pauper.. what sort of dog do you have?.
Next doors dalmation used to come to the corner of the fence when I was in the greenhouse and talk to me. I'm quite certain the neighbours thought I was nuts.
She's a labrador cross and very vocal. You want to hear the chat of her getting into bed at night. It makes me laugh. I've had dogs all my life but this one is a hoot.
I could sit at a bench and press weights or I can walk miles thinking deep thoughts, cutting the grass and empty the grass box into the trailer! Today I'm stiff as a poker.

Rain, birds, sheep, cows....even tractors.
I talk to my dog in the garden and she looks at me and "talks" back. Scares the b'jaysus out of people!
I have a bird nearby that sings a few notes of the Seal song "Kiss from a Rose" Has me humming it all day!

The baby great tits in the box on the wall, the blackbirds and the mighty sound of the wrens.

i love the sound of the resident robin
the beautiful sound of the ring neck doves
the blue tits & their babies calling soon
my husband calling 'teas ready' even though i only drink coffee, we always tell each other when the 'tea' is ready to drink
the smell of bbq's in the summer
hearing the sea hitting the stones on a rough day
the sight of the little harvest mice feeding at the bird feeders, usually one on each side
the excitement of a plant coming back to life when i thought it was dead
You're drifting off sanjy....I can hear you going..!
indeed plant pauper! not all sounds but drifted into sights as well
It all counts. I use my garden as a gym!
