I have absolutely no connection with this nursery but has anyone bought from them. They supply plants on Amazon & I tentatively ordered some plug Geum's from them a couple of weeks ago. Well I waited & waited and today they finally arrived. I thought that since they arrived on a Monday they will have been sat at the local post office all w/end and I expected that when I opened the small box the plugs would be a dried and shrivelled mess. But no, they were fine - in fact I would say they are great. I immediately popped them into some water and later today they were planted in individual pots. I am hopeful of having 5 lovely flowering Geum Strathern plants by this time next year.

No I didn't read your post pp but I thought with all the negativity around that a positive post would be more uplifting and definitely good to read on here.
I didn't know that there was one Verdun - I will look for it now.
Glad to hear that you have had a good service,unfortunately, that is not the case with me. I ordered plants from them in May and still haven't received them.
I found this thread whilst trying to find out more about them.
I have tried phoning and email and still no reply, the mobile phone goes straight to voicemail.
I have now tried to contact them via PayPal- so very unimpressed with them :-(
Oh Shubs, I am so sorry for you and the trouble you have had to go through. I really hope that they will pull their finger out & sort your order quickly. Some of my geum are now planted in the ground and all have bushed up nicely ready to flower next year, which doesn't help you but proof that they can supply good plants. It seems that you have tried all avenues so I hope that you do receive your plants soon.
I purchased over £100 worth of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrent plants from Swanley Village Nursery. The strawberry plants arrived, and I was promised the remaining order later in the year. It never arrived, despite claims by them that they had sent it. They could produce no evidence that they had sent the items. They recently agreed to send the order and even claimed they had tracking information to confirm delivery, but it was another lie, which they couldn't substantiate. I'm amazed Amazon allows this company to trade via their site.
