ive just put a lot of weed killer down on the garden there is no grass just weeds
would it be ok to put top soil down and turf in the next 2 weeks

Hi Michael you haven't mentioned the area of garden to be turfed? If you do put top soil down and turf, then you are raising the level of soil by at least 2 inches! If it's a large area to be done, I would suggest, since you have sprayed the area off, to rotavate it a couple of times before reseeding and do it soon.
