Help identifying cucumber pest

I have a cucumber plant outside in a five gallon bucket. The flowers have these small brown/black bugs living inside. The number has been growing in the last week, about 20 or so bugs now. I live in los Angeles. Any help to identify and fix would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
