Looks like forget me nots from above, but its not.
Are they flower buds or fruits?
Are the leaves soft and furry?

I don't think it's a forget me not (I have those too). And I'm not sure if they are flower buds. I've just been out to pick a stalk - I'll upload the pic - maybe that'll help ID
