Identification of tree/shrub

Hi I have this tree/shrub in my garden never seems to do much as when it gets to this point of growth the leaves turn brown and it dies off. It did have nice yellow flowers on it 2 years ago.

    I think that's a rather sick laburnum.

    I've got one like thatimage

    Mine might have gone a bit further than that, no leaves at all yet

    Yes that's the one. I recognise  the yellow flowers. They look like a beautiful tree. Shame  mines not like that. 

    Thanks, I will now look at how to save it or I will just dig it up.
