Can I move roses now.

I'm in the garden toda as it is beautifuL here in birmingham. I am looking around and want to move some roses can I do this now or shall I wait?

  • Really better moved while they are still dormant..... if you do decide to move them, make sure you retain as much root-ball soil as possible and plant them immediately after lifting.

    Hello Angela. Good to know you are having nice weather over on the West side.

    I am of the school that says you can move plants any time you fancy providing you fuss over the creatures and make sure they don't go short of liquids. Its not as if they are in full leaf yet so they should be fine providing you prune them so the roots don't have too big a burden to support.
