Baby Bio for toms

 planted these tumbling toms about 2 months ago considering giving some baby bio just to perk them up a bit , waiting to put outside in hanging baskets but too cold ,should I give them some time outside when the sun shines then take them in at night . Thx

I wouldn't give them Baby Bio - you want them to focus on flowering not growing leaves - and don't give Tomato Feed until the first truss has set.

I'd pop them in a sunny spot on days when the temperature is above 10C  - not sure if it's going to get there today tho' -  and then bring them in at night.
