  • I'm currently growing a wisteria in a pot but it hasn't flowered yet and the leaves appear to have a purple tinge is this normal? Do i need to feed the plant, and if so which is the best food.

I have a wisteria that is about 15 years old, which we inherited when we bought the house 8 years ago. It bloomed beautifully for two years, and then grew prolific leaf growth, and hardly any blooms, until this year when we have had no blooms at all. I have followed all advice regarding pruning, so cannot understand what has happened. It is on a west facing wall.

    Any advice appreciated.
