Hi, I was give a plant that I don't know what it is. It kinda looks like grass but came from quite a big bulb. Any help would be apreciated.

    Been bugging me for ages, it was a medium sized bulb and it kinda looks like little spikes towards the bottom. Dont know if that is where the plant is growing tho. Any help will be greatly appreciated

    It doesnt look like a iris, by the pictures i seen, but it could be. My partner got it for mothers day, and has been growing since no sign of any flowering yet.

    Definitely not grass - of any sort image

    Freesia possibly? 

    Whatever it is it'll put up a flower spike sooner or later, and then we'll have more information. image
