Young Begonias

I bought some large begonia plugs and have kept them outside in a very sheltered spot for about a week, they are doing fine. Are they hardened enough to be planted in the flowerbeds now? The temperatures here are 10 C day/5 C night. The garden is fairly sheltered. I am struggling for space so want to avoid potting them on if possible.
