hi . Could you recommend plants that would be good to go in a planter but would survive if watering wasn't done every day

I have filled mine with lavender.   My lavender 'edelweiss' tried to flower all summer. Its a sterile hybrid so tends to have alonger flowering period than regular varieties. Kept going until october.

Geraniums (pelagoniums rather than hardy types) are drought resistant
