 Is the first picture that box blight thing ?  There was stuff growing in front of it last year so it might just be lack of light etc I suppose.

The other sides are fine - 2nd picture.

Can I trim it now or should I wait a bit? - I'm in London. 

In London. Keen but lazy.

    You've answered your own question B3 light exclusion. Yes you can prune back now, light and temps are rising.

    Agree with Dave - that is not box blight and is likely to be light exclusion.

    Good feed and mulch now and a good tidying pruning in about 4 or 5 weeks time (if it's not wet or frosty) should sort it out. Plant looks nice and healthy otherwise. image
