More haste less seeds!

I've drowned my seedsimage

In my haste to get some seeds going I grabbed a planter and sowed them but I forgot to make holes and now they're drowned and it was about six small packs of seed Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh could kick myself.

  • ha ha Philipa definitley won't, tomorrow when it's a bit druer I may try drilling a few holes in the side see if it lets some water out I've got nothing to lose

    How long were they submerged, is it too late to drain them out?

  • I think it was mainly last nighgt's downpour nutcutlet and the top of the trough is swimming tried to pour some off but they would all have pooled out will see what i can do tomorrrow, you may be right Philippa some may survive image

    what are the seeds? some are fussier than others

  • Can't remember they were mixed all in different packs I didn't keep them because it was "just throw them in and see what comes up" can you tell I;m not a professional gardener just a haphazard one imageimage
