The first seedlings look like some kind of oxalis. Oxalis have pretty flowers in various colours and some are grown as garden plants here in the UK, but they can seed prolifically and can become a nuisance.
I don't recognise the second lot, but it is definitely not Venus' fly trap (Dionaea muscipula) which has smooth, oval, glossy, succulent leaves. They will probably be something common and cheap, but you will have many plants in Columbia different from the UK. I don't know Aliexpress and your laws regarding buyer's rights may well be different too, so I don't know if it is worth you complaining.
It is worth using a reputable seed supplier if you want something special. One I use here is www.chilternseeds.co.uk who sell seeds from all over the world, but there will be other good ones in the US which may be cheaper for you, such as http://www.plant-world-seeds.com/store/view_all_seed?page=33 if there are no good ones closer to home. Both these are reliable.
Don't apologise, your English is good, it was quite clear what you were saying
I don't know anything about Aliexpress but it appears to be an organisation which puts buyers in touch with sellers. It is a middle man. It gets very mixed reviews. This is the result of the often poor quality of the suppliers which use its services, I suppose.
There is a clear message here. If you want to be sure that you are buying a good quality product, always use a good quality company. And don't use a middle man, go direct to the supplier.
If you live in Derbyshire, as I do.
