Begonia Baskets- single colour or mixed please?

hi there

does anyone have a view whether mixed colour begonias or single colour looks best in baskets please?

Also do you pull the leaves that are in the centre of the basket off so there is more room for flowers?

i am looking at begonia non stop- i dont want trailing ones

thanks

It's all a matter of personal taste. I like the same colour in something as small as a basket. But I do like trailing plants in them. I like red or orangey begonias with lobelia.

Thanks both i will stick to singles then

My prob is that I am colourblind - and also confess to be lacking in style somewhat!

How long does lobelia last in a pot ?

All summer if it doesn't dry out.

Blue and orange are opposite so they are complementary colours.
