thining swiss chard seedlings

hello , has any one advice on thinning swiss chard seedlings? I planted just one seed into each little pot , all have germinated and are now about one inch high, but there are 2 - 3 leaves on each , should i leave them all or should i cut down to leave just one?

Let them grow into larger plants, after they are planted out at 6 inches apart,you will be able to harvest the outer leaves on a cut and come again basis.
