Pear tree Yellow spots

Hi, I Planted a dual pear tree last year and this year it has grown very well but in the last week or so some of the leaves have developed small yellow spots on them. Does anybody Know what the problem is ?

    Just rust spots. I think it's the humid weather we have been having. If there are just a few, ignore them. If the plant is covered in them you can spray with a fungicide.
