How long to leave seedlings before potting up?

Hi any advice on how long to leave seedlings before pitting up I have started some seeds in multi cell trays and some in the big seed trays and all are growing well but when do I prick them out and plant on their own? Dahlias , rudbeckia and lupins

When the seedlings first grow they have two little 'seed leaves'  - after that they will start to grow proper leaves, shaped like the leaves on the adult plant.  That shows that the seedling has proper roots and can be pricked out.

Only handle the seedling by the leaves, never hold it by the stem.

When they're big enough to handle by " true" leaves, not the little seed leaves which come first.

Avoid handling by the stems when you do it. If in doubt, I'd leave a bit longer rather than do it too early.
