Not sure what these plant is...

I've got this plant in my garden and, not being a gardener, was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is. Both the stem and underside of the leaf are kind of furry. I've not seen any flowers. My guinea pigs seem to like it though image

Can you take a photo of the whole plant Sam?  Lots of leaves look alike when detached and it's easier if we can see the growth habit.image

    Looks like heliotrope.

  • Umm... sorry not to get back... I thought I was going to get emails when folks replied. Umm... there's not much of the plant to take a photo of as I keep pulling the leaves off to give to the guinea pigs. This particular leaf is/was (if I can find my blooming ruler) about 10cm long and 7cm wide but I have larger ones and smaller ones. But, yes, I've just Googled winter heliotrope and that's it to a T. so thank you all for your help... it's been much appreciated.
