Chilli's, Sweet Peppers & Aubergines

Hello,
Apologies if this has been asked many times, I have scoured forum threads but can't seem to find an exact answer.
Could I sow my Chilli, Sweet Pepper and Aubergine seeds now in a heated Propagator or is it a bit early due to low light levels? Should I wait until Feb instead ... I think I'm probably being impatient.
The varieties are -
Chilli - Jalepeno and Piccante
Sweet Pepper - Gourmet
Aubergine - Orlando F1
