Can anyone identify this plant?

in Plants

We moved into a new house recently and over the past few weeks this plant has been shooting up everywhere. It covers a large area say 20 feet. It is about 2 inches tall at the moment. I am hoping someone will say it is a pretty ground covering daisy or somesuch and not a weed! Thank you

I'm not 100%, but it could be loosestrife. Perfectly willing to be proved wrong mind you. If it is its a weed/wildflower, pretty but not wanted on most gardens.
Hmm I did wonder that too but towards the top it has two "teeth" either side of the leaves. Thanks for your reply
Could we see it in situ? It's always difficult from a single leaf

Here are more pictures. Sorry they are sideways on!
Could it be a wallflower of some kind?I don't grow them so it's a shot in the dark
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
I think it's a spreading perennial, maybe one of the more invasive asters. Not sure it's all the same, the taller bits look different as well as a bit taller.
There are goosegrass seedlings in there as well

Whatever it is, anything that prolific is going to be a nuisance. I would get rid.
So would I, B3
