Cucumber Leaves

Any ideas why my cucumber leaves are turning yellow/white? Could it be direct sunlight?

 

The plants have many small cucumbers; however, these appear to also be turning yellow and drop off (from the base of the plants)

 

 

 

I’ve grown cucumbers before but never seen this before – see picture.

    Overwatering can have that effect. How often are you watering?
