Silly question but I have been trying to wipe off with my finger the yellow eggs. However on kurly kale it's hard. Anything I could paint on to kill them??

Give 'em a squish with your fingernails. Whoops it's in bold type - extra squishiness!
maybe next time plant garlic in with them
