What a beautiful plant .
It has been identified for me as Duranta erecta or repens. It is very pretty and will have orange berries
Not a plant I know - thanks for sharing it with us
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I wonder what it is it's stunning
Hopefully it will be as easy as plumbago to look after
