seepage hose pipes

Can anyone help? I have a polytunnel and 2 water butts outside attached to seepage hoses but they are not functioning well at all. Any ideas? Polyanna

Seepage hoses need water pressure to force it through the little holes. I attach mine to the mains, but the pressure has dropped a lot over the last week.

It could be that the seepage hose is designed to work at mains water pressure so the pressure is too low when connected to your water butts.  As the butts get emptier, the pressure will fall too.  Is the hose buried or on the surface?
