These flowers appeared this year, where from I dont know,
The stems are around 500mm high, initially the flower opened and all the individual heads hung down, bell like they were a blue colour, but within a couple of days they turned upwards as they are in photo.
suggestions would be welcome.

The flowers hang downwards but the seedpods point up, so yours are about to set seed.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Its a bulb. Did you have any free bulbs last year ?, as this was included in some selections of mixed bulbs.
