Climbers - Mandevilla and Sundavilla

Just bought these 2 climbers. Haven't come across them before but was drawn to the white Mandevilla and red Sundaville as soon as I saw them. What is their proper name, and are they easy to grow?. No info on the labels! Are they perennial and, if so, can I over-winter them in an unheated greenhouse?
