Hi, wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to get rid of or control pearlwort? its driving me nuts and is a never ending battle, I hand weed as much as I can most weeks and have used weed burners where I can as was told this should destroy any seeds in the area, weed is still winning though!!!

Well you learn something new every day. I found a big lump of this on the roof when I went up to clear the moss off. I thought it was a lovely moss and threw it down to grow on the ground where I could see it. It is, of course, rather happy and is growing away, and has started to grow between the paving slabs of the pathway.
Thank you for telling me what it is called and for alerting me to its invasiveness! I shall now go and investigate whether I really want it or not. Sorry I can't help on how to get rid of it, though I might need those tips too some day!
It is a swine to get rid of. I have tried Roundup as well as the Burner and still it comes back.
