Displaying Flowers

In a fit of courage, I've gone and entered a small, local country show. In my defence I was going anyway as I show sheep, but I got carried away when reading the catalogue and entered 3 Dahlias, 3 Roses and 5 Pansies.
It's the first year I've had a proper garden so I was a bit overexcited!
Problem is, I now have no idea at all how to display these flowers. I've tried googling but it doesn't come up with much. Any help gratefully received!

Try channel 4 OD for that programme Kirsty from Location,Location did on learning crafts - she did flower arranging a couple of times I think
