What is eating my isotoma Axillaris

Hi,

Something in my garden is nipping off the shoots on my 'Blue Star', putting them in a pile next to the pot, then taking them away at a later date!

Any ideas anyone?

    How odd???? Sorry that's not helpful though is it? Have you tried surveillance? And can you move the pot to confuse the culprit?

    Thanks - I've sat and watched for as long I can stand looking at a plant but none the wiser! It's stopped now, whatever it was image
