Any ideas please?

Hello All. BRAND new to this forum and thought this would be the VERY best place for help!
I got this beautiful bush as a tiny cutting from my uncle three year ago. It is now over four foot tall and flowering beautifully, but I have no idea what it is. Uncle did tell me, but I have forgotten, and very sadly my uncle passed away a fortnight ago.
It take no looking after, only cutting back the dead wood in autumn/winter time and has flowered like this the last two years - very delicate yellow flowers.
I would love it if one of you lovely gardening people could tell me what it is.
Thank you and I am now off for a mooch about

Maybe Phygelius Yellow Trumpet:

Yeah, a phygelius of some sort. Can be short lived, so if it has sentimental value I'd suggest taking cuttings for a 'spare' plant. It won't mind!
